A cake is made to celebrate a date, a day, a joyful moment. It is made to share. It is something we want to be a reflection of the happiness we feel. The sweetness of the topping, the delight of the filling and the decay of the chocolate are kept in our memory. We want to keep in our heart the image of the child who blows the candle. The details that mark our days, our years, our life.

These are rainbow cupcakes, for the birthday of a little girl. They are yogurt and raspberry cupcakes, with vanilla buttercream and sprinkles. A rainbow of flavors, topped with a little rainbow of colors.

This was a chocolate and raspberry cake, covered in vanilla swiss buttercream and painted in gold, made for the 50th birthday of Margarida, a sweet client. I wanted to make a special cake as it was a special celebration and I loved this photo in particular. I hope you do too.

This is a Minnie inspired cake for a little girl named Francisca, who just turned 3. The birthday table was complemented with cupcakes and pink macarons and she loved it!

I have made these butter cookies for Easter. They were decorated with royal icing, using light Spring tones. I love the props used in this photo and I believe they complement my cookies perfectly.
